    If you are in two minds about submitting a comment the website for planning still appears to be accepting comments. Go to http://pa.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=O59NH3TEJ7500 and simply type in ‘Northgate Utkinton’ and you will be presented with an option to login and submit your comments.
