RIGHTS OF WAY IMPROVEMENT PLAN – volunteers needed

A survey of the Rights of Way across Cheshire is taking place and we, Utkinton and Cotebrook Parish Council would greatly appreciate your help in compiling our input. One of our Parish Councillors, Ian Priestner, has taken on the task and needs volunteers who are walkers, ramblers, cyclists or riders to help in the survey.
