Rights of Way in Parish Review underway.

The Parish Council has contributed to a review of Rights of Way, commissioned by Cheshire West and Chester Council. The Review covers the state and condition of existing paths and calls for recommendations to improve routes and to suggest new routes where appropriate.

As part of this Review the Parish Council, in line with recommendations of the Parish Plan, is also investigating the feasibility of a new Right of Way between Utkinton and Tarporley for walkers and cyclists, to improve safe access for residents both ways. We are also suggesting a pavement between the Alvanley Arms and the Fox and Barrel public houses.
