Parish Plan updated

The 2013 Parish Plan for Utkinton and Cotebrook has been updated to include an addendum – ‘A Report on a Housing Needs Survey conducted by Utkinton and Cotebrook Parish Council, June 2016′.

This can be found at the ‘Parish Plan‘ page of this website and has been submitted to Cheshire West and Chester as part of that plan.
