BREAKING NEWS:

The Developer of the site at Northgate in Utkinton (Marcol) has submitted revised plans and you can view them on the CWaC Planning Page and enter the reference 16/01492/OUT.

It contains a revised layout, some supporting documents and also a Housing Needs Survey  by ARC4 to which some residents may have responded – not the one done by the Parish Council (available on our website HERE) – there are differences.

We are told by the Council Planning Department that the revised application will go out for a full consultation but that any objections previously registered by residents may still stand and will be considered.  The Parish Council will hold an extraordinary Meeting to discuss the proposal and the timing will be listed on the home page.

We have also informed the ‘Green Space Action Group’.
