 YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON

Tuesday 26^th July 2016 at UTKINTON VILLAGE HALL at 7.30pm

In accordance with the Council standing orders, prior to commencing the formal business of the meeting the Chairman will invite any member of the public present to raise questions and/or seek clarification in relation to relevant matters pertaining to the planning application under discussion. (Time allocated – 30 minutes).

1. To receive apologies for absence and declarations of interest

2. To consider any new applications received

16/01492/OUT – residential development of up to 22 dwellings with access at Northgate, Utkinton

3.         To note that the date of the next meeting of the Council is to be held on Tuesday 13^th September 2016 at 7.30pm in Utkinton Village Hall.
