Donating Blood in Tarporley

Just received this in the email:

Dear All,

NHS Blood & Transplant will be holding a blood donation session in  Tarporley  on Tuesday 27 September   there are lots of unbooked appointments at present.

I am asking for your support  to  help increase attendance to our blood donation sessions in your community.  If possible could  you  help in  promoting this blood donation session through your communications to help boost appointments please?

Please do share the details of the blood donation session with others through Facebook, Twitter, Linked in, your school website, parentmail/SMS, PTA letters , pupil newsletters,  poster boards, intranet etc to help boost appointments and vital stocks.

Each unit of blood donated can save up to 3 lives.

*** We need new donors in Tarporley  too – people can register at www.blood.co.uk to make an appointment. Donors must be aged 17+ to donate ***

The full details of the donation session are on the  poster  attached   (which can be  printed as poster)  or emailed to staff, partners, service users  and volunteers help improve attendance.

I hope you can assist us on this matter in raising vital blood stocks.

Many thanks for your efforts again. Please call should you have any other questions or require further information.

Kind regards,

Bev Caldwell
