Roadworks on Birch Heath Lane, Tarporley

CWaC have given us advance warning that Birch Heath Lane will be closed to through traffic from 2nd October and may be in force for 5-Days.  The attached PDF shows an alternative route.

    Ithought using a phone while driving was against the law,if so why were the 7 drivers not prosecuted?.
