Whilst we await the repairs by CWaC to the ‘sinkhole’ in Quarry Bank, many drivers are ignoring, at best, and moving the Road closed sign to enable them to drive along the verge!
The damage this is causing will take a LONG time to repair and the couple of cars I saw going through grounded their exhaust in the kerb – causing possible long term damage to it and their car – all for the sake of not having to detour along Tirley Lane – itself in a less than good state!
