Cotebrook Village Hall – AGM

“About 3 years ago Cotebrook Village Hall appeared to be a building in peril through lack of use and a backlog of maintenance issues. Following the formation of a new and rejuvenating committee over a period of time the building has been tidied whilst additional hiring and events continue to take place. The Hall has an exciting new future and is intended to once again be the heart of the Utkington  and Cotebrook community. Planning permission is currently being sought for an ambitious refurbishment programme including partial demolition and rebuilding of a modern facade to create additional space and facilities including improved disabled access.
The Committee are seeking residents’ involvement and participation and it is intended that through ongoing social events in the future that the Hall plays a role in engaging the villagers and residents to get up from in front of their televisions and once again create a spirit of Community and friendship.  Please come and meet your neighbours and the dozen or so strong team that are now the friends of Cotebrook Village Hall and enjoy a coffee and a chat. Maybe you have an idea of a function or event that you would like to see hosted at the hall.
Our new President is local businessman and dignitary William (Bill) Holroyd. Please come and lend your support and learn of our plans and future. Meet Bill, as well as other Trustees, the committee and your neighbours and new friends.
We look forward to seeing you at  6-30 pm on Tuesday 2nd May 2017 at Cotebrook Village Hall. If you are unable to attend but would like to be placed on our expanding mail list to be notified of future social events please contact me at the below details
