Had a bit of a ‘play’ with the plans submitted buy the developers over time from 2013 to present day. Only two developers are shown – Plus Dane and Marcol/Vivio.
Muir Housing were the first – they decided not to proceed as they couldn’t make it viable, even with up to 28 properties on the field!
Next came Plus Dane who took a different approach, did a Housing Needs Survey and decided that it simply wasn’t viable.
Then Marcol/Vivio who have had four ‘stabs’ for 16/19/22 and now 12 properties but only three have been formal outline applications.
