We’ve had quite a few questions about the process and ‘what happens next?’

Right now we are in the consultation phase and the next element will be for the planner to make a decision to ‘approve’ or ‘refuse’ this application. However, even if it gets refused the developer can, restart the process if they so chose.

So, if you haven’t submitted your comments, now is the time to do so – before it is too late!
