I have had a response from the Planning Officer as to the likely timescales:

“The plan is to have this go to August Planning Committee but this depends on my workload! And I’m two weeks behind where I wanted to be following my leave.  If it doesn’t make August then it will be shunted to September – this is of course only if there is a recommendation of approval.  If I make a recommendation of refusal, it will be done under delegated powers and can be done at any time.”

Just for information the CWaC Planning Committee Meetings are:

• Tuesday 5th September @ 4:00pm
