Murphy’s Law strikes – Change of Venue for EOPC

Just after I had posted about the Extra-Ordinary PC Meeting , ‘Murphy’ struck and we have had to change the venue.  Luckily John Johnson has offered Rose Farm Cafe.  So here we go once more:

 

We have convened an Extra-Ordinary Parish Council Meeting at Rose Farm Cafe, John Street on Thursday 5th October to discuss the resubmission of the Outline Planning Application for Land at Northgate, Utkinton.  We would welcome members of the public to express their views.

We hope that members of the ‘Green Space Action Group’ will be on hand.

Here is the Notice:

UTKINTON AND COTEBROOK PARISH COUNCIL 

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON

 Thursday 5th October 2017 at Rose Farm Cafe at 7.30pm

A G E N D A

 In accordance with the Council standing orders, prior to commencing the formal business of the meeting the Chairman will invite any member of the public present to raise questions and/or seek clarification in relation to relevant matters pertaining to the planning application under discussion. (Time allocated – 30 minutes).

  1. To receive apologies for absence and declarations of interest

  2. To consider any new applications received

17/01595/OUT | Residential development of 7 affordable dwellings and 5 market dwellings with access to site from Northgate – resubmission of application

3.              To note that the date of the next meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on Tuesday 10th October 2017 at 7.30pm in Utkinton Village Hall.
