… actually its Frank, but the analogy of ‘the boy who cried wolf’ serves well here.  Having rung CWaC four times, spoken with three people and left one voicemail, I resorted to an email to Keiran Collins, the head of Highways (so I am told) as the promised resurfacing of Heath’s Lane did NOT start today.  Having spoken to one of the staff there, who said (I joke not) words to the effect of ‘Oh we rescheduled it in Mid September’ – so why did they sent out the TRO 1735 on the 2nd October?

I am waiting for a response from Mr Collins and will post it when it comes …
