An integral component of the ongoing ‘Neighbourhood Development Plan’ is that of an independent Housing Needs Survey (HNS) and the Steering Group have commissioned Cheshire Community Action (CCA) to undertake this on its behalf.

This HNS is supported by the Parish Council and by Cheshire West and Chester who have also commissioned a desktop survey of the whole of the Borough. As this is an independent study it will be used to help the Steering Group create a long-term strategy for the management and conservation of the whole of the Parish.
