Call for photographs of ‘The Utkinton Boys’

We are compiling a booklet to support Utkinton and Cotebrook’s commemoration of the end of WW1 and wonder if any kind souls out there have pictures of any of the following:

  • Private John Craven 10th Battalion Cheshire Regiment
  • Private Alec Stoneley. 7th Battalion Prince of Wales Volunteers (South Lancashire)
  • Private Edward Rutter. 8th Battalion Prince of Wales Volunteers (South Lancashire)
  • Gunner John Warburton. 232nd Brigade Royal Field Artillery.
  • Private Arnold Joseph Craven Johnson. 5th Battalion-Pioneers, C-Company, 9th Platoon, South Wales Borderers.
  • Gunner William Craven. D-Battery, 168 Brigade Royal Field Artillery/Royal Horse Artillery
  • Private Arthur HORACE Harold Hassall 17th Squadron Machine Gun Corps (Cavalry).
  • Sapper Thomas Wilding Royal Engineers
  • D/J 74068 Able Seaman Walter Page. HMS Glorious
