You may be aware of the forthcoming appeal by the developers whose planning application (17/01595/OUT – 7 affordable and 5 market houses on the field adjacent to Rose Farm Shop) was refused by CWaC last year, well we would like to hear from you.
We are asking for residents of Utkinton to write to the Chair of the Parish Council (by email or by letter) to give us your views on what you consider to be the distinctiveness of Utkinton and what makes the village, what it is for you. What we would like is a short (no more than a couple of paragraphs) note of the key points that make Utkinton special and if you can, please attach a couple of photos from your perspective, that show the village at its best.
Unfortunately we need this fairly soon as the date for submissions is at the beginning of September, we won’t use personal information (name, address etc but would like a street and postcode.)
