The SMYLE APP & reporting issues to CWaC

I have reported several Highways issues to CWaC over the last few days & they advised me to report any issues via their website rather than using the SMYLE app.

Cllr Tunney has posted earlier details on how to do this & below is the email I received from CWaC which gives links to different sections of CWaC so that issues can be reported to the correct team.

Could I please encourage you to report any issues you come across as many hands make light work.

I see that you have been using the Smyle App – Love Clean Streets to report issues to the Council.

Could you please use the online reporting from our website as this gets the reports straight to the service much quicker than the Smyle App and avoids delays.
