We are looking for volunteers to join the happy team who make this event a real success every year.
It takes place at Tirley Garth on Saturday June 30th 2019 and we hope to be able to tempt you to come and help in one (or more if you are feeling energetic 🙂 ) of the following areas:
- Entry control and directing traffic
- Car parking
- Moving tables and chairs
- Erecting gazebos and chairs
- Helping on stalls
- Selling raffle tickets
- Helping to close the event and load tables and chairs
The Garden Fete provides much needed funds for three very local groups – Utkinton Village Hall, Utkinton WI and Utkinton St Pauls School PTA and each year helps to bring the village together in the wonderful grounds of Tirley Garth.
