Good morning parishioners and residents of Utkinton and Cotebrook – the past month has seen quite a few articles on the social media feeds of other Parishes in the Ward related to ‘Best kept Village’, litter picks and the like and we would like to test the water as to the willingness for us all to take part.

CWaC’s resources are stretched to the limit (austerity is not dead) and if we would wish to maintain our beautiful communities, perhaps the answer is our hands.
