Utkinton and Cotebrook Parish Council invites residents of Cotebrook to a meeting to discuss further proposals by Clay Rose ltd for the construction of two detached and two semi-detached properties.
The Parish Council will be available to discuss the application and the developers may attend to answer your questions.
It is hoped to formulate a community wide response to these proposals and to show you how to comment to CWaC.
The meeting will take place at
Cotebrook Village Hall, Stable Lane, Cotebrook
from 7:30 pm
(free of charge and refreshments available)
