… who is running the huge tractor and trailer rigs down Tirley Lane and Quarry Bank?

This morning we witnessed a VLTT (VERY large tractor and trailer) attempting to negotiate between a parked van and a car and took around five minutes to do so.  We have had a constant stream of these leviathans today some of which barely got down the narrow lanes.

We don’t wish to get in the way of the harvest, but please have some consideration for our sleepy villages.

    I think they were carrying hay from the fields on the north side of Tirley Lane (but don’t know where they were going!).
