You may, or not be aware that a Planning Application to redevelop the barns at Forest Farm on Heaths Lane, Utkinton into seven (7) 3 – 4 bedroom dwellings and the existing milking parlour and hay barns will be used.  Utkinton and Cotebrook Parish Council is seeking your views, for or against, this development.
