Just received notice from CWaC that the Agent has withdrawn this application;

“The agent has today withdrawn the application for the proposed barn conversion as there were a number of planning policy conflicts. Nothing insurmountable, but whilst the barns are in use the proposal could not be supported in principle. I expect they will re-submit in the future and the Parish Council will of course be re-consulted.”

Alterations and conversion of existing farm buildings to form seven residential units. Complete with access, associated parking, turning and landscaping. Open for comment icon
