One of our local surgeries (Drs Adey & Dancy, Tarporley Health Centre has posted this information in advance of the forthcoming Covid-19 Vaccination Programme. In case you have difficulty reading the image we have transcribed it below;
The Rural Alliance Primary Care Network is a collaboration of 6 local GP practices across rural Cheshire West and together we will be delivering the Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine to our patients
We are planning to start our vaccination clinics early in the New Year.
The COVID-19 vaccination programme started in December 2020 and Primary Care Networks across the country have been delivering vaccinations to their patients as soon as they have received a delivery.
Deliveries of the vaccine are increasing and therefore more patients will be able to receive their vaccinations soon.
You can support us in delivering the Covid-19 vaccine programme safely and effectively by following this guidance:
-
We will contact you when it is the right time for you to be vaccinated . please do not contact your GP practise before then.
-
When you are invited for a vaccine please act on your invite and make sure you can attend appointments when you arrange them.
-
Please continue to wear a face covering and follow social distancing and hand hygiene guidance as, until the vaccine has been fully rolled out, this is the most effective way to reduce transmission of the virus and help save lives.
