We received notification this morning (Friday 21st May) that CWaC have declared the Utkinton and Cotebrook Neighbourhood Plan ‘Made’ and will now be considered as part of Local Planning by CWaC 

The Parish Council wishes to thank everyone involved in the creation of the Neighbourhood Plan – the Steering Group, members of the public, Councillors, CWaC and many more.
