We need to inform all residents of the Parish that there is a slight change to the schedule for the Annual Parish and normal Parish Council Meetings on Tuesday 4th May. This is to avoid a clash with AGM for Cotebrook Village Hall that is also scheduled for Tuesday 4th May.

What we have done is to change the starting time for the Parish Council meeting from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm to allow any resident who wishes to attend the Village Hall AGM and then to switch to the Parish Council Meeting at 8:00pm.

We hope that this does not cause too much inconvenience.
