“21/01630/FUL | Erection of a commercial storage building | Rose Farm Shop John Street Utkinton Tarporley CW6 0LP


At the last Parish Council meeting on 8th June Councillors voted unanimously to support this application.  However, there was a mix up posting comments for an application on Quarry Bank and they appear on the CWaC Planning website. 

We wish to make it clear that Utkinton and Cotebrook Parish Council support the Rose Farm application. 

We apologise unreservedly for this error.”
