There are two meetings being held by the Jubilee Steering Group on Wednesday JANUARY 26th

• 2.30PM in the ALEX TIMPSON ROOM at COTEBROOK VILLAGE HALL
• 7.00PM at UTKINTON VILLAGE HALL

These are for anyone who is interested in helping out before the event or at the event or anyone who would like to find out more generally particularly about advertising businesses in the event brochure to be distributed free to all households in the Parish and local areas or in having an artisan food or craft stall at the event.

There is also a potential opportunity for a local band/s to play at the event.
