A couple of weekends ago the Parish Council spent almost £300 purchasing and installing two brand, spanking new Dog Poo Bins to add to the one at Utkinton village hall and someone sent me this photo earlier, picture taken on Quarry Bank not 50 m away from the Village Hall … what is it that makes people do this?
