Utkinton and Cotebrook Jubilee Celebrations

We are selling Raffle Tickets tomorrow at Rose Farm Shop – and some have asked us what its in aid of; – here’s an explanation;

Now here’s whats happening day by day …

  1. Thursday 2nd June – Light Up Our Villages

Hang out your bunting, put out the flags, our Jubilee celebrations start Thursday 2nd June. With beacons being lit across the UK switch on your lights inside and out by 9.45pm. Let’s Light up our Villages in style.

  • Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th June – Art, Royal memorabilia and photography exhibition.

Being held at Cotebrook Village Hall Friday 3rd June 6.00pm to 8.00pm and Saturday 4th June from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Drop off your items at Cotebrook Village Hall between 9.30am and 4.00pm on 3rd June.

  • From Monday 30th May – Crown it all

Join in Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Display a crown in your garden, window or other suitable place on your property. Aim to get your creation in place for the Jubilee week starting on Monday 30th May

  • Sunday 5th June – ‘One Big Thankyou’ at Tirley Garth

One Big Thankyou Jubilee Celebration at Tirley Garth on Sunday 5th June from 2.00pm to 7.00pm. Join us with over 25 food, craft, game and drink stalls and live music. Fun for all the family…and it’s free entry, though donations would be welcomed.

Feel free to bring your own chairs and picnic rugs.

There is no cash machine on site so please bring plenty to avoid disappointment. 

To help ease congestion please walk or share cars if at all possible.
