Whilst the morning was overcast, towards the end the sun burst through onto the 60+ residents and visitors who came down to join us.

The speakers were; Dennis Mulvey, Roger Barnes and Francis Tunney. It was a relatively short ceremony and afterwards 30 – 40 people joined us in the Village Hall for refreshments (thank you Brenda, Margaret and Sylvia) – a wonderful community event. It was made all the more special by the appearance of FOUR horses with riders from right to left; Friday, Nessa, Master and Trooper.
