I have tried to report this to UU with no success, they are aware of it and have posted ‘road closed / access only’ signs by Utkinton St Paul’s and probably higher up Quarry bank. However ,if it freezes tonight it will become a downhill ‘bob-sleigh’ run PLEASE AVOID.
