Voter I/d for local elections

We are just 20 days from the Local Elections and the issue of ‘Voter I/d’ is looming large. Polling station staff will have to see an acceptable form of Voter I/D before they can issue a voting slip, so if you don’t know what it is, or how you can get one, here is an online guide to the process. You should also have got a leaflet with your voting card or notification.
