Cllr Graham Spencer
Cllr Graham Spencer BEM has lived in Utkinton since 2016 and has recently retired after 49 years in manufacturing industry. He has extensive experience in the voluntary sector for which he received a British Empire Medal in 2014. He is currently the Parish Council Chairman.
Cllr Matthew Grant
Cllr Matthew Grant has lived Utkinton since 2012. Before retiring in 2020 after 40 years in education, Matthew was Principal of Priestley College Warrington and Chief Executive of The Challenge Academy Trust (TCAT). He has also served as Chair and School Governor.
Cllr Tony Dahill
Cllr Tony Dahill has lived in Utkinton since 1994 and first became involved with the Parish Council in 1998 and has served as an ordinary Councillor, Vice-Chairman and Chairman. He also served as Vice Chair of ChALC. He worked as the Constituency Agent for the Eddisbury Constituency, learning more about the greater area of Cheshire West.
