These three documents represent the Final Draft Neighbourhood Plan as submitted to Cheshire West and Chester in March 2020. It is our understanding that the interruptions caused by Covid-19 may have delayed the ratification and verification process until early 2021 but, as yet, we have no confirmation of this.
So, these are still Draft documents and may be subject to change once CWaC have reviewed them and also when the Inspector ‘inspects’ them ahead of a local referendum and then being classed as ‘Made’ and carrying full weight in the Planning Process.

Utkinton and Cotebrook Parish Council would wish to thank the Steering Group for the work that has gone into the development of this plan.
It has been funded by Grant from ‘Groundworks UK’ and has, thus far come within the overall budget of £9,000 for grant aiding of these schemes. It was ‘kicked off’ in October 2016 and the process began in April 2017 so took three-years to get to the stage of submission to the Local Authority.
Our thanks go, also, to all who contributed right across the Parish.
